Auction (Lelong) Procedure

Auction Procedure :
* Please take note that there is no inside viewing of auction properties
* Bidders are advised to do a self survey from outside or ask for agent to bring you along
* Property is sold on " as is where is basis "

Step by step guide for buying auction properties :
1) Inspect the auction property with the full address given. You may only view from outside
2) If you decide to bid for it, please provide full name, IC copy for registration purpose
3) Obtain a copy of Proclamation of Sales from agent and conduct land search (if necessary) on the subject property
4) Prepare deposit which is 10% of reserve price. Either In Bank Draft or online transfer to Auctioneer Account.
Set a maximum budget for the bid
5) Representative needs to fill in a separate form (authorize form)
6) Attend the auction and participate in bid / bid online
7) For successful bidder, additional funds need to be paid to top up the difference between the earlier deposit and the 10% of the successful purchase price
8) For unsuccessful bidder, bank draft will be returned on the spot / online transfer deposit will be refund within 2 working days
9) Financing can be arranged after the bid (maximum 90% loan of final bid price)
**90/120 days to settlement of balance

2)如果您决定竞标，请提供竞标者

3)通过Agent获取拍卖通告并对拍卖房子进行土地调查(如果需要-请示Agent)
4)准备拍卖底价的10%汇票 或 Online 转账去拍卖官的户口。设定一个最高预算
5)可以派代表假如不方便出席拍卖。需要填写授权信
6)拍卖当天准时出席拍卖会 / Online 竞标
7)中标者需要追加10%差价
8)不成功的投标者:银行汇票马上退还
Online Transfer 需要两个工作日退款
9)得标者可安排银行贷款 (最高贷款最后标价的90%) **90/120 天需要付清余额

2)Hantar butir-butir anda untuk daftar Name pernuh,Ic ,Alamat
3)Dapatkan Pengistiharan Jualan dan sedia Bank Draft 10%
4)Dapatkan Pengistiharan Jualan dan semak carian persendirian(Untuk highcourt case)
5)Kalau tak senang boleh diwakil
6)Bawa salinan-salinan butir diri anda dengan Bank Draft hadir lelongan
7)Berjaya : diberi tempoh selama 90/120 hari untuk settle semua perkara
8)Tak berjaya : Bank draft akan dipulang
9)Boleh pinjaman bank (90%)
